Executive Search

Executive Search is the foundation of The Hudson Group (THG). Since 1989 THG has been involved in building their clients' senior management teams as well as their sales, marketing and field operations groups.

Unlike some of our competition, THG's philosophy is to embrace the challenge of building teams at the entry to mid-level management ranks in addition to filling senior management posts. Our goal is to partner with a few clients and recruit vertically in the organization, thus becoming ingrained with their corporate culture.

Outsourced Staffing

We are equipped to manage up to 100% of our clients staffing requirements. We can act as their agent in staffing all positions. The elements of this can be customized to include on-site project management, screening and managing all internal and external candidate flow as well as search and selection.   • Criminal Conviction History
    (By court, nationwide.)
  • Criminal Conviction History (by state)
    Lists of all criminal convictions involving felonies and misdemeanors. Information varies among states regarding arrests resulting in non-convictions.
  • Credit Report
    Provides individual's credit history detailing accounts, payments, liabilities and public records information. (release required)
  • Driving Record (with Name, D.O.B. and DL#, by state) Includes dates and description of violations, any suspensions or revocations.
  • Social Security Verification
    Confirms the validity of the social security number provided
